Dr. Brandow has maintained active staff privileges in Plastic Surgery at Mercy hospitals for over 20 years. He feels that a smaller, private community hospital has the ability to offer his elective, private patients better service and care than a larger city or university hospital. Although 90-95% of his elective surgeries are performed in our out patient surgi-center there are patients who have medical issues requiring overnight monitoring post operatively. Therefore, Mercy Suburban Hospital is an excellent hospital back up as well as being essential should an emergency occur requiring advanced care.
For over 65 years, Mercy Suburban has been delivering quality healthcare to Montgomery County and the surrounding region. A 126-bed hospital, we provide healthcare services built around a common belief – that healthcare should not only be accessible, but tailored to the medical needs of our community. Consistently recognized for clinical excellence, we are proud of our many quality achievements such as: recognition as a Top Performer on Key Quality Measures by The Joint Commission, ranked as State for overall quality of care, certification as a Primary Stroke Center and numerous achievements for care and joint replacement. Through quality medical capabilities, educational programs, and community outreach services, we care for the whole person, treating each individual with the utmost respect and compassion.
