Front Desk Coordinator
Diane has been working with Dr. Brandow as the front desk coordinator since 2003. She worked for over 16 years in customer service before joining Dr. Brandow’s team. Yes, Diane is the person with the friendly, warm, vivacious phone voice and who makes you feel welcome greeting you with a big smile when you come to the Bala Cynwyd office. She oversees the schedule for both offices, will call to confirm your appointment and expertly manages the patient flow in the office. She is qualified in secretarial support to a team requiring high quality work; she has good analytical and objective skills, making sure to ‘stay ahead of the curve’ for important deadlines. Diane, as the first person you meet at the Brandow Clinic, is the communicator making sure Dr. Brandow is aware of our patients concerns and questions.

Patient & Surgical Coordinator
Jodi, our Patient and Surgical Coordinator, will oversee your entire experience at The Brandow Clinic from your initial call to your follow-up care…all the while making sure that everything is to your complete satisfaction. You will meet with Jodi before and after your consultation with Dr. Brandow to answer your questions, discuss fees and scheduling, and to discuss what you can expect every step of the way at our Clinic. “I see my role as supportive to Dr. Brandow by communicating with clarity and expertise as I answer patient’s questions. My goal is to help them meet their personal needs and goals.”
Jodi graduated with a Bachelor of Arts from Western College for Women of Miami University and Radcliffe College and has over 20 years of executive experience. Jodi took a few years off to raise her children then returned to work at the Brandow Clinic in 2005. “Yes, my corporate experience certainly helps me at the Brandow Clinic. Dr. Brandow has added to that experience as he has taught me so much about integrity and character. In fact, I can say that I strive each day to reflect his personal vision and his high level of patient care. Dr. Brandow’s team, all the ladies I work with are an exceptional, dedicated and caring group.”

Kathleen La Brie
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Kathleen has worked with Dr. Brandow as an LPN since 2002. Her kind and calm manner will guide you through your Brandow Clinic experience. From your initial consultation where she will meet to discuss your medical history through post-op recovery and follow-up, Clinic Nurse, Kathleen La Brie, provides support and assistance—answering your questions, addressing your concerns, and insuring your comfort. “I want to let patients know I understand their concerns and even their fears before surgery and try to offer an understanding ear combined with a keen knowledge of the medical procedures to help put them at ease. I want our patients to feel comfortable and confident by having all their questions answered.” Kathleen also conducts your pre-op appointment and will call you after your surgery to monitor your care.
Kathleen joined The Brandow Clinic from Tampa, Florida, where she spent five years as a cosmetic surgery nurse.
Registered Nurse (RN) & Esthetician
Registered Nurse & Esthetician, Svetlana Taggart, brings a unique and invaluable perspective to her work administering facials, body treatments and various skin treatments in The Brandow Clinic’s MedSpa at our Bala Cynwyd and Somers Point offices.
A native of the Ukraine, Lana has a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Crimean State University. She worked for 25 years as a dermatological nurse deciding to bring that skill and knowledge to Cosmetic Surgery and the MedDay Spa field.
Working with Dr. Brandow since 2001, provided Lana with the opportunity to be extensively trained in skin care and laser treatments. Lana provides our patients with the newest technologies offered by the elite medical technology firms helping our patients achieve optimal skin care results. Lana is skilled in healing the damage that can be caused over time by exposure to harsh weather and the elements, and works closely with each patient to customize a treatment plan. “Every client is a precious part of our lives, I am happy to see mothers bringing their daughters and daughters bringing their girlfriends. I want to provide them with the best treatment possible. Our clients become our office elite. For me, the most satisfying words coming from the patients are; ‘I look and feel amazing.”
In addition to having a loyal client base, Lana also plays a critical role in post-operative healing by performing Manual Lymphatic Drainage massage, and is also certified to perform Intense Pulsed Light skin treatments, which aid patient recovery from cosmetic surgery procedures.
Lianne has worked with Dr. Brandow since 1998, shortly after he opened his practice in Bala Cynwyd. Lianne is responsible for processing payments for all surgical and non-surgical procedures, accounts payable and office payroll. Most of our patients never get to see or talk to Lianne but she is the “back-bone” that keeps our office running smoothly by checking and rechecking all the facts and figures. “My time at the Brandow Clinic has been a wonderful experience. The work is challenging, Dr. Brandow is a caring boss and my co-workers are a fabulous group of people. I think all the time…I wish the businesses I visit had as kind, caring and dedicated staff as I work with at the Brandow Clinic.”
Lianne received a B.S. degree in speech pathology and worked in that field for several years prior to raising her two sons. When Lianne returned to work she trained as a bookkeeper and has been a bookkeeper for nearly twenty years.
Judy is the newest addition to our staff, as receptionist at our Somers Point location. Attentive to our patients’ every need, she makes everyone feel at home and at ease. Having known Dr. Brandow for fifteen years, and followed his work, Judy is knowledgeable about Dr. Brandow’s procedures and can answer many of your questions or concerns. “It is a pleasure to be on the Brandow Clinic team at the Somers Point office. I love meeting and talking with the patients and hope I make them feel welcomed and comfortable before they see Dr. Brandow. Having witnessed the amazing positive impact Dr. Brandow has had on so many patients’ appearance and self confidence, it is easy for me to reassure patients who have questions or concerns.”
Judy graduated with a Bachelor of Science from Trinity College and spent a number of years in the real estate industry as both a Realtor and a licensed appraiser. She is also involved in civic activities, including the Chestnut Hill Committee for the Philadelphia Orchestra.
Will Anthony has been working with Dr. Brandow since 2008 enhancing our patients’ beauty. With over 15 years of experience, Will has an illustrious career. Establishing his business in 1996, Will is Board Certified by the American Academy of Micropigmentation. Will utilizes his extensive permanent cosmetic experience to provide a unique and effective service that is unparalleled within the industry and is marked by a completely natural, subtle approach. “I customize each procedure centered upon the desires of my patients and my own artistic expertise. I will make you look beautiful.” Will truly understands the value of beauty to his clients.
Before joining Dr. Brandow’s team, Will Anthony owned and operated several tattoo studios, as well as Will Anthony Permanent Cosmetics. With the thriving success of his business he still has time for his lifetime passion of painting. In his free time, Will likes to paint and creates extraordinary art pieces (ask him to show you his portfolio!). Will draws from his all-encompassing background to offer state-of-the-art techniques combined with his exceptional artistic skill, leaving his patients delighted with his work.
In addition, Will performs scar camouflage for patients scarred from surgeries or medical disorders and areola reconstruction for breast cancer survivors. Will Anthony is exceptionally proud of this kind of work, where he not only able to make his patients look better, but also feel comfortable during a vulnerable time in their lives.
