UPPER EYE LID LIFT WITH FAT TRANSPLANT TO FACE

59 year old woman with heavy brows and heavy eyelids. Taking the skin alone from her upper eyelids flattened her brows but improved the appearance of her eyelids. She would have benefitted from a brow lift, however she chose not to do this. This is an excellent example of why brow lift is necessary in addition to upper eyelids on some patients.
