54 year old woman with mild skin access of her upper eyelids and mild wrinkling of her lower eyelids. CO2 laser resurfacing is possible in a person with light colored skin because there will be no color difference after the laser resurfacing. Patients with darker skin would have a distinct lightenting of their skin around the eyes, which would make it very obvious that surgery was performed.
